Intel was looking for new visuals to promote their Road Side Unit solution. So, what better way than to build a few functioning city blocks in 3D?
The style I used is intentionally muted to allow colored hero elements to stand out. It also plays off the idea that this artificial intelligence is more interested in shapes and movement in the environment rather than what color a car is.
With the possibility of creating more scenarios, the city and its props were built to easily be adjusted for a variety of uses. The video below is a combination of the first three scenarios.
